Guest speakers, sponsors, and representatives of local and national media gathered to discuss the UCSD Chinese Underground Film Festival, its content, history, and ramifications. Included were representatives of NPR Radio, China Press, We Chinese in America, and the highest administrators of the UCSD Libraries.
